My Lunch
Today (Wednesday) was another day of rest... good way of saying chao geng.
Due to some arrangements, I was able to stay at home and mug for my CPA exam.
Whenever I am studying, there will be thousands of things that will appear to be more interesting. One of which is cooking.
I am someone who is a practical cook. I cook something based on what is available. Today, there was some left over rice, and left over char siew rice. So I cut up some cabbage, and used the remaining egg... to complete my chao fan (fried rice)... To top it off, I signalled the end of my hate campaign against spring onion, by sprinkling it over my fried rice... SEDAP....
